I ordered from Ginger Lily and wasn’t totally sure about the sizing at first, but it worked out perfectly. I just went with my usual size and it has that relaxed fit without looking oversized or sloppy, if that makes sense...
The sleeve length and overall length were both good on me too, which I was relieved about. I’m really happy with it and would definitely order the same size again next time.

The site is clean and easy enough to use, but the design feels a bit plain to me, if that makes sense. Some pages look good, while others almost feel like they weren’t fully finished. It works fine, but I was expecting something a little more modern and polished.

I got this hoping it would help my hair and skin, but i didn’t notice any difference at all. The pillowcase feels nice enough, but for the price, it’s kinda meh. Just not worth the hype imo

I ordered from Ginger Lily and had a quick question about my delivery. Or what I thought would be quick. It took ages to get a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it felt rushed. Like they were just trying to get it over with. The product itself was fine, nothing really wrong there. But the whole customer service bit made it more stressful than it needed to be. not sure I’d order again.

I had to make a return, it went really smoothly for me. No hassle, no confusion, just a easy exchange overall.

I ordered a silk pillowcase and was a little nervous the colour might look different in person. I did try reaching out with a question about the shade before it shipped, but never really felt like anyone got back to me, which was a bit frustrating. When it arrived, though, it was close to the website photos, maybe just a slightly softer shade in daylight. It still looks really nice and matches my bedding fine. I just wish they had one more photo in natural light so I didn’t have to guess. Overall, I’m happy with it

I really liked these sheets when I first put them on the bed. They had a soft, nice feel and I was excited about them, but the washing instructions turned out to be way more high-maintenance than I expected.
I followed everything on the label — cold wash, gentle detergent, no dryer, and they still came out with marks, plus the edges looked a little off after drying. I contacted customer care and they basically just repeated the same care instructions back to me, then never followed up after that.
For the price, I thought they’d hold up better to a normal careful wash. They feel nice, but it’s too much hassle and stress for bedding

I’m really happy with my Gingerlily bedding. It feels super smooth and light on the bed, not heavy, not scratchy, not at all. I’ve definitely been sleeping better, especially on warmer nights when I usually get too hot. It wasn’t the cheapest, but the feel is lovely, really lovely...

The box showed up a little dented, not terrible or anything, but yeah the packaging could of been better

I ordered from gingerlily.com recently, and from what I remember, the site made a good first impression. It looked clean, the product photos were clear, and I was able to find what I wanted without digging around too much.

The checkout is the part that sticks in my mind as less smooth. A couple of pages felt slow to load, and I remember wishing there had been more delivery info before I got to the payment stage. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just one that could be a bit quicker and clearer

This nightwear is really soft and just easy to relax in. I wore it to bed and slept great the whole night, so yeah, happy with it...

I’m really happy with this silk, it feels soft, smooth, and nicely thick, not flimsy at all. I washed it too, and it came out just fine, so overall, I’m pleased with it.

I was really hoping this would help with my night sweats, but I still woke up feeling warm most nights. It feels nice and comfortable overall, it just did not do much for temperature control for me.

It showed up quickly, which was nice. The tracking updates were a little slow to come through, but not a big deal since the package still arrived sooner than I expected

I was happy with this overall. It is a good deal for the price, and the quality was better than I expected.

I wasn’t expecting much, and part of me still thinks it can’t be that different, but I’ve been sleeping way better since using it. It’s really comfy, though weirdly not in an overly soft way, and I fall asleep much easier now
